The air-conditioned rooms at Laurel Hotel in Hue were a breath of fresh air! They were cozy and had a comfortable seating area where we could relax after a long day of exploring the city.
Personally, I found the tiled flooring in the air-conditioned rooms at Laurel Hotel a bit too cold for my liking.

I recently stayed at Laurel Hotel in Hue for a few nights. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to have breakfast earlier due to our early bus departure. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location is great, within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, and close to the river. The customer service and hospitality at this hotel exceeded all our expectations. It's a comfortable, clean, and affordable place to stay. Thank you to the amazing staff!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the staff at Laurel Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite arriving early, they made sure we felt welcomed by offering us complimentary tea and coffee while they prepared our room. They even went the extra mile to slice fresh fruit for us. the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like a water boiler and fridge. We also loved the abundance of natural light thanks to the large window at the front. the location was convenient with plenty of bars, restaurants, and the river within easy walking distance. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great value for money. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.

I really appreciated the warm and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was charming and had a touch of elegance that made me feel right at home. The general areas, like the lobby and lounge, were well-maintained and provided comfortable seating for senior people like myself. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near popular points of interest, making it easy for us to explore the city without having to travel long distances.
I would have loved to see more options available for entertainment and activities specifically catered towards senior guests. Whether it's organizing gentle exercise classes or offering a wider range of books and games, having more options that are geared towards our age group would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

There may be some ongoing construction near the hotel, which could affect the view.

The Laurel Hotel in Hue offers a unique and unforgettable experience with their deluxe rooms. The three walls of glass provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape, making it feel like being in an aquarium. The room also had on-and-off hot water, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing shower experience.
While overall my stay at the Laurel Hotel was pleasant, there were a few minor drawbacks. One of the downsides was the furniture in the room.

The staff was soooo delightful, I felt like a celebrity! Free Wi-Fi made my Instagram posts on point. And guess what? They even had complimentary newspapers, in case I felt the urge to catch up on the latest gossip!
Oh, the rooms. Let's just say they had a unique smell and a generous dose of "vintage" dirtiness.

During my recent business trip to Hue, our director chose the Laurel Hotel as our accommodation. And I must say, it was a fantastic choice. The hotel offers various recreational opportunities, ensuring that there was never a dull moment during my stay. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment, or working out at the well-equipped fitness center, the Laurel Hotel had it all. It was a perfect balance between work and leisure, allowing me to unwind after a long day of meetings and conferences.
I would have given it a higher rating if it wasn't for the following minor issue: the staff booked the wrong bus ticket for us from Hue to Dalat.
